He was a great politician and a great man. My mum (Mary McInytre, who unfortunately passed away 3 years ago at the age of 92) was a great admirer of Gordon. She had actually met him on several occasions at meetings. I am sorry that I cannot attend, due to previous commitments, but wish the whole family well. Take care and know he was well regarded.
