The Gordon, along with Tuckers Funerals, offer a short course held in Geelong for you to learn all about the Funeral Industry.
This course provides valuable information and exposure to all aspects of the industry, lead by experienced professionals and guest speakers.
Delivered over four sessions, with one session held at Geelong Memorial Park and one at Tuckers Funeral Services, you will participate in a range of workshops covering key topics such as:
- Grief
- Careers in the industry
- Industry structure and qualifications
- Funeral ceremonies and burials
- Preparing the deceased for burial
- Guest speakers from industry
- Other funeral industry related topics
The first three classes will be held on Wednesdays 6.00pm – 9.00pm. The final class will be held on Saturday from 9.00am – 12 noon.
