Passed away on Thursday 10th August surrounded by loved ones.
Dearly loved husband of Jenny, cherished son of Jean and Les, much loved father to Jodie and Tracy,
father-in-law of Troy and the best grandpa to Amelia, Jackson and Alexander.
With tears we saw you suffer, we watched you fade away, our hearts were slowly breaking as you fought so hard to stay. You did not want to leave us, but you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day you went home.
We love you John – always and forever.
