Dear George, we were very sorry to hear of the loss of your beautiful wife Dianne and our hearts go out to you, Melinda, Emma and Peter.
We have fond memories of the short time we knew Dianne when you lived in Portarlington and watching the memorial service reminded us of the delightful, fun loving person she was.
May the many treasured memories you have of Dianne keep her alive in your hearts.
Psalm 116 : 15 NLT ‘the Lord cares deeply, when His loved ones die’.
Love and blessings, Jan & Alan Morgan. So many many special memories of the Snowden’s and Rossiter`s times together – the You Yang’s picnics, Barwon Heads camping and then holiday homes. So much fun and laughter. A special friend and part of our family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. From the Snowden’s – Julie, Neil, Ian.
Dianne, we first met about thirty years ago through the Belmont Highton Baptist Church. We shared the same sense of humour and silliness and hit it off straight away.
Working with you and your family at Edols place take away food shop was a highlight; there was always lots of laughter. You developed a wonderful rapport with the customers.I will miss you- my kind, caring, supportive friend.
I will never forget you.
Julie EdmondsOur thoughts and prayers are with you George and family. We miss your beautiful Di, such a kind, funny, loving, compassionate, encouraging friend.
Love Wendy and WarrenThe Lord is my strength and my shield, my heart trusts in him as l look at the empty space in my life after over 30 years of friendship with you Di.There are the broken hopes of holidays in our vans and many good times we planned are gone. I look at photos of your beautiful face that lit up my life and cherish the times we shared. The ridiculous things we laughed about, your jokes!! You taught me to dream big and showed me how to Love all people. The dedication to George and your family was what Love is. I love that we shared a journey of Faith and as we travelled through really difficult days, your faith grew stronger.
I will treasure so many memories. Camping, sharing meals, Communion and just chilling together over a peppermint tea or two. You will continue to be loved beyond measure. Heaven has a shining light now and although l will miss you forever, you will never be forgotten in my heart.Di was a wonderful friend for almost 40 years. Rest in peace.
