Passed away peacefully on the 7th June 2021, aged 79 years.
Devoted son of Babette (dec).
Loving father and father-in-law of Kim and Matthew, Paul and Belinda.
Cherished Poppy of Harper, Lexi, Will, Jack, Abbey and Sarah.
With tears we saw you suffer Ted,
we watched you fade away,
our hearts were slowly breaking,
as you fought so hard to stay.
You did not want to leave us,
but you did not go alone,
rest in peace now,
loved and remembered by all.

Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service for Mr. Edward ‘Ted’ Czerniawski to be held at Tuckers Chapel,
68-74 Hope Street, Geelong West on WEDNESDAY (16th June) at 2.00pm prior to a private cremation.
Due to COVID restrictions attendance limits will apply.
