  3. To Helen and family my love and blessings are with you all at this time. A beautiful celebration of Cecily’s amazing life what a resilient lady she was to be able to surmount everything she was presented with in life. I will always remember her as a witty, intelligent and hard working nurse during our time together at Mc Kellar Centre.
    Her memory lives on.
