Passed away peacefully at McKellar Centre on September 3rd, 2021.
Cherished son of Walter Cecil (dec) and Anne.
A Private Cremation will be held.

Walter had a passion for soccer & language whether French or Spanish. He cherished watching the arts at GPAC especially morning melodies with you Anne. Walter sadly missed gone too soon. Was a lovely person. We enjoyed hearing about his love & appreciation of musicals & languages. Devoted son of Anne. Funny sense of humour.
