To Dearest Sandi & family, my thoughts are with you, as you say goodbye to your beautiful, bright, caring & fun loving Mother. Always positive & always interested in everything & everyone around her.
We will still look for her as we play our approach shots, & finish our round, putting out, on the 18th green. I’ll miss her comments; as previously, when we spent time with her at the 19th. Val saw everything from that corner table, never missing a shot.
Ann StokesDeeply saddened by the passing of Val but I remember with fondness our shared interests – cats, golf, gardening, lobster thermidor and of course, Sandi. Val’s sausage rolls were legendary. The body may have been frail but the mind was sharp and I will miss her whipping me at SCRABBLE. Val, you will be greatly missed.
So sad to hear the news of Val’s passing, I will always treasure our fun chats at the golf club.
