Thank you Grandad for all those Kitkats you sneaked out of the cupboard when we came to visit. Thank you for your cheeky humor and for those private jokes we giggled too. Thank you for the way you looked at us with those smiling blue eyes. Thank you for making us endure sitting through those Austrian musicals. Thank you for our walks through your vegetable garden, playing hide and seek was our favorite through the land you made so beautiful. We remember ever so clearly the wonderful Grandad we had when we were younger. We missed you when we could not see you and we miss you even more now. You are forever loved and yearned for.
