Sam passed away peacefully at St John of God Hospital, Geelong on 30th May 2019.
Dearly loved and loving husband of Barbara.
Treasured Dad of Sondra (Mrs Wood) and Peter.
Respected father-in-law of Andrew and Heidi.
Adored Poppy of Isaac, Claudia, Maya and Sammy.
Aged 78 years.
You never failed to do your best,
