Marg & I met at Pharmacy College in 1956 so have been friends for a long time.
We shared quite a few holidays together including 9 months in England & Europe with 3 other “girls”.
Marg was my bride’s maid when I married then I was matron of honour at her marriage to Stan.
A great friend will be sadly missed!
R.I.P. MargI only knew you for 2 short years, but in that time, I came to know you as my Rummikub and Scrabble buddy extraordinaire! Such enjoyable hours spent together. Dear Margaret,
As your youngest cousin I was always impressed by Nana’s and my dad’s pride in you and your academic achievements. Your independence trip to remote parts of Europe with friends was brave and groundbreaking in your generation. It inspired me. As an adult I admired the way you met life’s challenges directly and with dignity.
Rest In Peace after a life well lived. With love and respect. SallyTo my dear cousin, Margaret: Among all my numerous cousins, you are the one to whom I felt the most connected. I admire your calmness, capability and intelligence. You were clearly a fantastic wife, mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed. Be happy and at peace, as you so well deserve. With much love, Margot.

You will be in my heart forever Mum. I’m so proud to have had such a beautiful, intelligent and strong lady as my mother. Your dedication to caring for my special sister Karen and being a loving and supportive wife was beyond gold star. I loved every moment we spent together and you will remain the scrabble and rummikub champion! Rest In Peace my precious mother. 😘🥰
I first met Margaret in 2004, soon after I was lucky enough to meet her beautiful daughter Jenn. She very quickly accepted me as part of her family and was always very kind to me. I am going to miss our little chats about the trials and tribulations of her beloved Cats and my Magpies. But most of all I will miss seeing and hearing her kindness to her family and those who had become her friends. Rest In Peace Margaret, you sure deserve it. Love you always.
