Passed away peacefully on October 5th aged 89 years.
Dearly loved mother of Glenn, mother-in-law of Robyn and grandmother to Nick.
Treasured memories are ours to keep.
Rest in peace Mum

 

Peacefully passed away 5 October 2022.
Dearly loved and cherished mother of Rae and her partner Robert.
Loved grandmother to Daniel, Amy and Rochelle, and great grandmother to Scarlett.
So dearly loved, so sadly missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Service to Celebrate the Life of Mrs Patricia Agnew to be held at the Geelong Memorial Park Crematorium Chapel, 110 Burvilles Road, Armstrong Creek on MONDAY (17th October) at 11.00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Pat may be made to the Leukemia Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
