2/2/1966 – 6/3/2024
Dearly loved husband of Susie and father of Alexander and Penelope. David’s energy and humour will be missed greatly by his wide circle of family, friends and colleagues. He travelled much, had an open mind, and had a lot of fun.
David died peacefully after a brave battle with MND — he never gave up.

David will be missed by us all. He was always positive, fun to be around and generous to those about him. He loved to have a yarn and a drink or two, proud of his family and his achievements in life. Our memories of days skiing with the entire family will be held dearly. Our thoughts and prayers are with Suzie, Alexander and Penelope at this time of loss. Love Carolyn & John
David, a man once met and never forgotten. We are so glad that we got to spend such precious time with you and Susie last year. We’ve never met a more sharp, kind or generous man and we will forever hold you in our hearts. All of our love to Susie, Alexander and Neddy as you celebrate a life lived, a love shared and a new normal without your Big dog. We love you all immeasurably. Helly, Trish and Sasha 🌸

A great soul has left this earthly life and will be deeply missed until we meet
David again.
The darker the night,
the brighter the stars,
the deeper the grief,
the closer is God.
Earth has no sorrow
that Heaven cannot heal.
When you lose someone you love, you gain an angel
you know.
Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.
