Family and friends are invited to attend a Service to Celebrate the Life of Mr David Charles Cecil to be held at Tuckers Chapel, Barrabool Hills Centre, 4-32 Province Boulevard, Highton on THURSDAY (24th November) at 10.00am prior to a private cremation.

Deepest condolences Robyn am thinking of you at this time. Dave was a good man no matter how much he tormented us as kids a we grew older he became a close friend, confidante and mentor. Dave was always there when we need needed advice and a good laugh. He taught me to dare. I will miss him and admire you for you were the only person who could ever control him. the way you just used to say David and he would stop and just say yes Robyn. I will remember him with love and laughter and gratefulness for you both in my life

Dear Robyn, Linda, Karen and Peter, Sending our love and support after David’s sudden passing. We were with you virtually today to share in the celebration of his very full life. XxxxTo Robin and family, we are so sorry to hear of Davod’s passing. We didn’t see a lot of each other but he was always pleasant to talk to and would go out of his way to help where he could. You were always there by his side Robin and we always found time to have a chat. Please take care of yourself, he will be looking down on you and taking care of you where he is. R.I.P David
