  4. Betty was a voice of encouragement when I began my time with Geelong Lyric Theatre Society. As Life Members of the company, Betty and George became part of my theatre life and I am truely grateful for the time they gave me. Now I am sure Betty and George will once again be singing and dancing together and I can even imagine Betty ushering others to their seats to listen to George sing one of his Gilbert and Sullivan tunes.

    Rest in peace with George.

She would always grab me to work on her side , not just so I could deal with any medical emergencies but also so we could have a good chat. She is sadly missed, and her in the highest esteem.
