Family and friends are invited to attend a Service to Celebrate the Life of Mrs Evelyn Fogaty to be held at Teesdale Cemetery, Squires Road, Teesdale on FRIDAY (12th April) at 2.00pm.

Dear Mum my eternal gratitude for taking me in, and being a loving mother, and for treating me just like any other of your wonderful kids. You did it hard in those days but you did it well. God bless you now that your in heaven reunited with the two husbands that you love.
You were stoic and loving in your acceptance of lifes circumstances and proud of the virtues of your children. With an alert and encouraging mind that delighted in the achievements of your family.
A true adventurer who I imagined would have continued to explore Australia by caravan, enjoyed the books and poetry you read, created the books and essays you wrote and the paintings you did. I was always impressed by your true and lively friendship with Owen and Geraldine also the pets and gardens you nurtured and the driving lessons you gave.
Rest peacefully Mum you have my deepest eternal respect and love. You are forever etched into my memory for the love and sacrifices you gave….Christopher
Thinking of all of Eve’s family at this sad time. What a remarkable and resilient lady she was. I remember visiting years ago when I was BA cabin crew and her fun sense of humour and when she came to stay in the U.K. with Uncle Dennis. So sorry I can’t be there in person to pay my respects.
Sending love to my family in Australia during this sad time. I will never forget the kindness and hospitality she extended to me during my stay in Geelong. Wish I could attend in person.
