Passed away peacefully on 10th June 2019 at Epworth Geelong Hospital, surrounded by her family, after a lengthy battle with breast cancer.
Loving wife of David, caring mother of Phillip & Matthew and loved sister of Josie, Yvonne, Gordon, Clive, Rose (dec) and Ray.
She fought hard until the very end and displayed unbelievable strength to endure the pain and hardship that confronted her.
Taken from us way too soon, but she will be in our hearts and minds forever.

Her warm & endearing ways will always be with us all. Her joy of life helped her to live it to the fullest, and in turn she has given us so many wonderful memories.
Her hard fight was fought so bravely.

Dearest David, our hearts go out to you, the boys and all your family at this time. Jacqui was a wonderfully brave lady and she will leave a large void in our lives in Singapore. The service was extremely moving but we had to smile when everyone spoke of Jacqui’s famous test tube shots, we remember her walking into our house with all different colours and concoctions, what an amazing party starter, from an amazing lady, still remembered, and spoken about by those who attended.
