  3. To Jonathan, Kelsie, Sophie, Matthew and William, it has been an absolute pleasure and privilege to get to know Sue over these last few years. I think of all the many patients she looked after herself, the many staff she educated and supported. I think of all the lives she touched in her career. Sue was, and always will be, one of the most powerful, loving and inspiring women I have ever met. Breast cancer was, I believe, her biggest challenge – but she confronted it with the utmost grace and determination I have ever seen. She will continue to inspire us, everyday, to do better for all our patients with this disease. I can promise you of that. Sue – we love you xxx
