Beloved husband of Catherine Moloughney-O’Sullivan, Father to Máire, Katie, and Father-In-Law to Kieran and Johnny. Grandad to Paddy, Oisín, Niamh and Saoirse. Beloved Son, Brother and Uncle.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Service to Celebrate the Life of Jeremiah O’Sullivan to be held at St Mary of the Angels Basilica, 150 Yarra St, Geelong on TUESDAY (11th June) at 2:00pm prior to a private cremation.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jeremiah may be made to Anam Cara House. Envelopes will be available at the church.
