Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service for Mr Graeme Charles Perks to be held at Tuckers Chapel, cnr Torquay & Pioneer Roads, Grovedale on WEDNESDAY (18th January) at 2.00pm.
A private burial will precede this service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Graeme may be made to Peace of Mind Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.

We are very sorry that Graeme has left us. He was a wo derful man belonging to so many organisations. Graeme always had a kind word and helping hand when needed. His skill for organising trips away was outstanding and we will miss him and his warm welcoming smile. Rest in peace Graeme.
