5. I was saddened to hear about the passing of John. A wonderful, genuine, all-round good bloke who was a trusted family friend for over 50 years. His knowledge, advice, and comic relief always left you leaving his office with a smile and a grin, my sincere condolences to Sharron, Paul, and all their family.

7. I am so sad that your Dad and Grandad has passed. He showed me such kindness when we moved to Geelong over 20 years ago. Unfortunately I am in Queensland otherwise I would definitely have attended his service today to show my respect for what a wonderful man he was. I will certainly be watching. My heart also goes out to the wonderful staff in the office, who I know also cared for him deeply.
