Yes. Through our partner, Guardian Plan, you can either: pay in full; or pay a 30% deposit, followed by monthly instalments over 12, 24 or 36 months.
You have the option of authorising your instalments to be paid by direct debit so they happen automatically.
If your payments are up-to-date and the Guardian Plan is required before your instalments have been fully paid, Guardian Plan can ensure those payments are put towards the agreed funeral. Any shortfall will be payable to the funeral director at that time.
Note: Monthly instalment payments are not available for packages; full payment is required at the time of arranging your pre-paid funeral.*

If you relocate, your plan can typically be transferred to another provider within our nationwide network, subject to availability. We can also help update the location or details of your service. Just let us know if your circumstances change and we'll take care of the rest. Some conditions apply, so please refer to the terms of your prepaid funeral plan.
Not at all. You can plan as much or as little as you like. Some people prefer to outline every detail, while others simply want to record their general preferences. Whatever feels right for you, we'll document your wishes and make sure they're honoured when the time comes.
Your funds are held securely until your funeral is arranged. They're invested by the Over Fifty Guardian Friendly Society Limited, which works with expert investment managers and is regulated by APRA for your protection.
When the time comes, your family simply contacts the funeral director named in your plan. We'll guide them gently through the next steps and ensure everything is carried out exactly as you've outlined.
